Union y Fe was founded in 2014 by 233 farmers in the La Coipa area of Cajamarca where the coffee is grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2000 masl. The coffee has chocolate notes with hints of orange and cane sugar.

This pulped natural Yellow Bourbon coffee is grown at Fazenda Pantano in Brazil at an altitude of 1150 meters above sea level.  This Rainforest Alliance certified coffee has a natural sweetness and a nutty overtone, with notes of cocoa and chocolate.

The 'La Quebradilla' coffee farm is located at altitudes of 1600 - 1650 masl in the Acevedo region in Huila, Colombia and is owned by Luiz Sanchez. This coffee notes of chocolate, raspberry, plum and just a hint of liquorice.

This sugar cane decaffeinated coffee is from a cooperative of smallholder farmers from Planadas, South Tolima in Colombia.  It is a medium dark roasted coffee with notes of milk chocolate, a brown sugar sweetness and a hint of red fruit.
