Union y Fe was founded in 2014 by 233 farmers in the La Coipa area of Cajamarca where the coffee is grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2000 masl. The coffee has chocolate notes with hints of orange and cane sugar.

This pulped natural coffee is grown at Fazenda Pantano in Brazil at an altitude of 1150 meters above sea level.  This Rainforest Alliance certified coffee has a natural sweetness and a nutty praline overtone, and citrus.

The 'La Virgen ' micro lot is produced by Giovany Andres Gonzalez on his farm situated in the municipality of Betania, at an altitude of 1900masl and is of the Colombia and Caturra varietal. It is full bodied with notes of Cocoa, mandarina and honey.
