The ManCoCo Promise

At ManCoCo we are committed to providing an excellent service.  If you have purchased any of our products, which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know where we can improve our service and products, and will do all we can to put it right for you.  We will endeavour to respond to all queries within 7 working days.

 

We May Not Accept your order

ManCoCo reserves the right not to accept your order if:-

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered.  If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product.
  • We do not deliver in your area.
  • If the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.  If this is the case, we will contact you to advise you of the correct price and ascertain should you wish to proceed with the order.

If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days from date of order.  We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

Outside United Kingdom

We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom unless we are contacted prior to an order being placed to agree the shipping charge.

 

Payment

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card.  We accept payment with Switch, Solo, Mastercard and Visa.  We charge your credit or debit card in full when you place an order.  Any credits due for refunds are processed as soon as practicable.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, as ManCoCo Limited only supply freshly roasted coffee to order, you do not have any statutory rights to cancel an order with us under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods. You will only receive a refund for packets of coffee that have not been opened and for accessories that are in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
If goods are faulty, or if you receive a product that you did not order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us via email or phone 0161 237 1916 so that we can arrange suitable collection or return shipping options.

 

English Law Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of goods through our e-shop will be governed by English Law.  Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
