The Coffee Story:
This 34hr fermented and sun dried coffee is grown by Virgilo Perdomo on his farm, the Finca Las Brisas, at altitudes of 2000 metres above sea level in the fertile volcanic soils near Montalvo, Tolima in Colombia.
It is well balanced, with sweet chocolate notes and a vanilla-orange acidity.
