About
Product Description:
This natural processed coffee is grown on two farms, La Sonora and La Gaviota in Arserma Caldas, Colombia. The farms are owned by Jose Willian Benjumea Banol and Fernando de Jesus Arango. The coffee is grown at altitudes of 1400 - 1680 metres above sea level. Only the ripest coffee cherries are selected and then picked and dried in the sun. This coffee is well balanced with delicate chocolate notes and has notes of bright raspberry and sour cherry, and a long sweet finish.
