Evaristo Palomino's farm has the name 'Huayllayoc' which comes from the word Waylla meaning 'variety of forest or native vegetation'. 'Huay' is the 'house of the Incas'. The farm is situated in the Cusco region of Peru at an altitude of 1989 metres above sea level. This coffee is grown organically and has chocolate notes with hints of plum and peach, and is juicy and sweet.
