About
Finca El Laurel takes it’s name from the trees around the farm. Originally planted for timber, they now provide good shade for the 3 hectares of coffee grown here. The farm is run by Floremilda Baca and her husband Mercedes, who were founding members of the JUMARP speciality coffee cooperative in the area. This lot is grown between 1600-1800 masl and has notes of caramel, chocolate, molasses and poached pear.
