Product Description:
This natural processed coffee is produced by several smallholder farmers. It is grown on small terraced farms, high in the mountains in the Harazi growing region of North Central Yemen, at altitudes of 1700 - 2100 metres above sea level. Only natural organic fertilizers are used by the farmers, who hand pick and sun dry the beans on raised beds or on roof tops. This coffee has subtle notes of papaya, strawberry, lime, milk chocolate and hints of rum with brown sugar.
