Please Note: Naturally processed coffees are typically very sweet, pungent and fruity and if you are not used to them, they can seem to have an unusual taste and aroma especially if you’re used to the more traditional ‘washed’ process coffees and when milk is added can sometimes come across as sour tasting.
The Coffee Story:
This natural processed coffee is grown by Jailer Andres Trujillo and his family on his farm, the Finca La Esperanza, at altitudes of 1900 metres above sea level in the fertile soils near La Cumbre, Tolima in Colombia.
This coffee has notes of tropical fruits, floral and caramel chocolate with a red apple acidity.
