This lot comes from a the ‘Cooperative de Caficultores de Anserma’ established in 1967. The cooperative now has over 2000 members growing coffee from 1790 – 2200 masl. There is a small amount of washed coffee produced, but their main focus is natural processing in their own plant, which elevates the coffee and allows for better payments for the growers. This coffee is full bodied and has notes of dark chocolate and stewed apple with a jammy sweetness.
