Grown at an altitude of 1350m in Yunnan province, close to the border with Myanmar, this natural process coffee is brought to us from one of the pioneers of speciality coffee in the area. They are responsible for much research and training locally, and have introduced one of the regions first optical sorters to help remove any imperfections from the raw coffee. There are flavour notes of cherry compote, caramel and milk chocolate.
