About
Nafkot Admasu owns a half hectare of land at 2150 metres in Gedicho, Yirgacheffe. She grows heirloom varietals under the shade of false banana trees, and operates her own processing station, where she exclusively uses the traditional dry (natural) process. This lot has notes of fudge, rum & raisin, pineapple, and is sweet and juicy.
