At an altitude of 1,950 meters above sea level, Finca El Diamante is located in the Montalvo region of Tolima and is managed by producer Robinson Vaquero. This coffee undergoes a natural processing method that features an impressive 200 hours of sealed fermentation, enhancing its unique flavour profile. The varietals are a perfect mixture of Caturra, F8 Colombia, and Castillo.
This bold, fruity natural coffee has notes of cherry liqueur, chocolate, molasses & blackberry.
