A premium quality coffee made of AA grade beans from selected plantations in the highlands of Southern India. The beans are monsooned in the traditional way for 2 to 3 months in open sided warehouses on the coast of Kerala and Karnataka States. This process is unique to India and produces a bold, earthy coffee with a hint of milk chocolate and spice.
