About
La Ilusion farm, owned by Rodrigo Albir Vilchez since 2012, spans 7.04 hectares and produces various coffee varieties at an altitude of 1700 meters. La Ilusion employs five permanent and thirty seasonal workers during harvest. Future plans focus on improving processing systems to enhance efficiency and quality, showcasing a commitment to sustainable coffee farming and community support for a prosperous future in Nicaraguan coffee. The varietal of this coffee is red catuai and we are tasting milk chocolate, raisin & toffee.
