About
Ebert Huaman and his family have named their farm ‘Finca Artemira’ in honour of Ebert’s mother. For the last 40 years, the family have focused their efforts on quality, regenerative agriculture and agroforestry systems. This coffee has been initially fermented for 24 hours, before being pulped and then fermented again for a further 36 hours before being dried for 12 – 21 days. The coffee has notes of milk chocolate, raisin, cherry and citrus.
