At an altitude of 1,850 meters above sea level, Finca La Estrella is located in the Montalvo region of Tolima and is managed by producer Wilson Vaquero. Wilson is known in the Colombian coffee industry as ‘Profesor de café’ meaning a ‘master of production’ as he has been in the coffee business since he was able to walk. This coffee undergoes a natural processing method that features an impressive 200 hours of sealed fermentation, enhancing its unique flavour profile. The varietals are a perfect mixture of Caturra and F8 Colombia.
This fruity natural coffee has notes of pineapple, caramel and passionfruit.
