About
Gregorio Espinoza is a second-generation coffee farmer from San Antonio de Chinizo, in Peru’s Oxapampa province. On his 10-hectare farm, Finca Voller, Gregorio grows diverse varieties like Geisha, Pacamara, and Red Catuai across 7 hectares. Alongside his sons, he focuses on experimental processing, including a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by a Black Honey method and careful drying. Passionate about innovation and quality, Gregorio blends family tradition with modern techniques to produce exceptional coffees.
