About
Eliders journey into coffee production started in 2008 when the local municipality of Sallique in Peru, promoted the establishment of coffee seedlings as part of a community bio-garden initiative.
Motivated by the opportunity and eager to learn, Elider started to plant coffee on his farm, the El Chamanal. Over the years he has steadily improved his knowledge and production practices, refining both his agronomic management and processing techniques to enhance quality. This coffee which is grown at altitudes of 2350 – 2420 masl, has notes of pineapple, cane sugar with tropical fruit notes.
