About
Grown by 21-year-old producer Lucresia Maceto at Finca El Jardín in Ortega, Tolima, Colombia, this coffee reflects a deep-rooted passion for the land and a determination to build a better future through specialty coffee. Cultivated at 1,850 metres above sea level, the carefully selected cherries are fully washed, fermented to enhance their quality, and slowly dried in a solar dryer over 10–12 days. As part of the Café Agrario association, Lucresia represents a new generation of growers combining inherited knowledge, dedication and pride to produce exceptional coffee and create greater value for their community.
