About
Nguguini Factory was established in 1958 and remains one of the longest-standing wet mills in the region. Coffee is typically grown on small plots alongside food crops, with producers relying on long-standing knowledge of the land and farming traditions. Cherries are sorted, pulped and fermented before being washed and dried on raised beds, giving the coffee notes of milk chocolate, lemon, black tea.
