Marcos Herrera is a highly regarded member of the specialty coffee growing community in Peru. Growing coffee since childhood, he inherited his father's farm, "Oso Perdido", where with his wife Kary and son Marko, they continue their family's tradition of coffee cultivation. This Nano lot is made up of selected mature cherries, which are fermented for 72hrs, and then dried for 30 days. Only 5 small bags have been produced and we are lucky enough to have secure one. This fruity coffee has notes of Irish Cream, maple syrup and pomegranate.
